Join us at the winery for our first bi-monthly Chef's Table Series. Our Executive Chef, Ray Schafer, will take you on a tasting journey inspired by French cuisine and featuring seasonal ingredients straight from our garden. Each of the eight courses will include a small plate paired with one of our delicious wines.

-Meyer Lemon Sorbet
-Lobster Americaine- roasted lobster tail with a sauce of tomato, tarragon, creme fraiche
-Beef Wellington - beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, puff pastry, demi-glace
-French Chocolate Tart- creme Anglaise, caramel sauce
