First Course: Horiatiki Salata (Greek Salad) Garden-Grown Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Feta Cheese, Parsley, Oregano, Kalamata Olives, and a Red Wine–Lemon Vinaigrette
