Wine Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome! Thank you for being a part of the Gloria Ferrer Wine Club. To help you make the most of your membership please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.
There is no fee to join the Gloria Ferrer Wine club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
By becoming a member you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize Gloria Ferrer to charge your credit card four times per year (February, May, September, November) for a minimum of two club shipments.
Club wines for Cuvée Club and Glorious Cuvée Club are allocated and cannot be changed. However you are welcome to add other wines to your club shipment using your discount and save on shipping costs provided the order is placed prior to the club being processed. Tête de Cuvée members may choose their club wines after the first shipment from a list of vintage sparkling wines and single vineyard/reserve estate varietal wines.
You will receive an email two weeks prior to each club release noting important dates and details of your release. It is the member’s responsibility to notify Gloria Ferrer of any changes to credit card, billing/shipping address, club tier, or in the case of Tête de Cuvée members, your wine choice, prior to the billing date noted in the email. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes after billing.
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file the first business day of a club month (February, May, September, November). It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone (866.845.6742) prior to the billing date. In addition any address changes must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (866.845.6742) at least 5 days prior to this billing. Gloria Ferrer is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $25.
Club wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice.
We have negotiated the lowest shipping costs available and are pleased to pass the savings on to our members. Flat rate shipping charges for all club tiers are available for the contiguous United States. Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments will incur additional fees.
We ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC,ND, NE, NJ*, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
*We cannot ship Sonoma Collective club tier to LA.
*New Jersey clubs ship via the three tier system and will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery after billing. It is not possible to reroute these shipments once it leaves the warehouse.

Winery Pick Up
Due to space constraints at the winery, picking up your club release is available on a limited basis and to a limited number of members. If you wish to be a will call member your name will be added to the wait list upon signup and you will be contacted as space permits.
Will call members are required to pick up their club wines within 30 days of billing. If you are unable to pick up in that time frame you must call 866.845.6742 or email email@example.com to make other arrangements prior to the 30 day requirement. If a club release is not picked up within the 30 day period, and no prior arrangements have been made, the wines will be carefully packed and shipped to the billing address on file for an additional charge.
If you miss picking up two shipments you will automatically be switched to permanent shipping.
We understand that you may prefer certain wines over others; however we encourage you to try the winemaker’s selections as they reflect the high quality and house style you expect from Gloria Ferrer, and are generally of limited production. If you have any questions regarding the selected wines in your shipment please contact the wine club team prior to the billing date.
Holds and Cancellations
You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.
Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received two club shipments and with a 14 day cancellation notice to email@example.com or call to 866.845.6742. If the 14 day cancellation period occurs during a scheduled club month (February, May, September, November), that shipment will be processed and shipped as your final. All wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable after processing and early cancellations may result in a $100 cancellation fee.
Sharing Your Club Benefits
Due to system constraints we are only able to have one name on the membership. It is possible to have more than one email, but one must be designated as "primary." Benefits are not transferable. However if you have family or friends who would like to visit the winery when you are not present you may request up to four guest passes per calendar year. These passes will give the bearer access to the club member area of the tasting room, a complimentary glass of wine or flight and a 20% discount on all wine purchases. Please call 866.845.6742 or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks in advance to have the passes emailed to you.
Our members are our best advocates and we encourage them to refer their friends as members. With each new membership that has a current member’s name as the referrer, the current member will earn a $25 credit towards a Gloria Ferrer bottle purchase. Once the wine club team reviews the new member’s application, a code will be emailed to the referring member to use in our online store, over the phone or in the tasting room. If the referring member is present in the tasting room when the new member signs up, the credit may be used immediately. The $25 credit is a one-time use credit only for purchase of bottles of wine (not valid for glasses/flights/shipping/club shipments). If the full $25 is not used on one purchase any remaining credit amount will be forfeited. Referrals cannot be for multiple people in the same household. To receive the credit the current member (the one who is referring someone else) must be in good standing and have taken at least one club release. This program is subject to change without notice.
