There are more clones of Pinot Noir than any other variety. Many of the most respected clones were developed in Dijon, France and are commonly referred to in California as "Dijon" clones. One clone in particular, 115 grown on the hillside of our Circle Bar Ranch, has the tannins, structure and well rounded fruit needed to be a stand alone wine. This is the third vintage of our single clone Dijon Clone Selection series featuring the dark fruit and strong backbone of clone 115.
