Join winemaker Steven Urberg for an intimate, elegant four course dinner. We’ll start the evening in the tasting room with passed appetizers to give guests time to meet Steve personally. Dinner will follow in the candlelit main cave where we’ll enjoy a three course wine-paired dinner prepared by Feast Catering.
Passed Appetizers: Paired with 2010 Extra Brut and 2016 José S. Ferrer Chardonnay
First Course: Angus Beef Carpaccio with Smoky Aioli, and Grilled King Trumpets paired with 2015 Brut Rosé
Second Course: Dry Aged Duck with Hakurei Turnip, Spring Onion, Mission Fig, and Red Wine Gastrique paired with 2016 José S. Ferrer Pinot Noir
Third Course: Chocolate Mousse Torte with Blackberry Confiture paired with 2007 Carneros Cuvée
