Membership Resources

Absolutely! We’re pleased to offer customization of your order with wines from a carefully curated selection. Please note that any changes must be of equal or greater value than the default allocation. Before each allocation, you’ll receive an email notification with a customization window to make any adjustments to your order.

Yes, members do have the option to update their tier level by contacting the Wine Club department at wineclub@gloriaferrer.com.

Members are allowed to place their membership on a one-time quarterly hold per calendar year. During this hold period, your allocation will not be processed, and your member benefits will be temporarily paused. To put your membership on hold before your allocation is processed you need to provide a written note 7 days prior to processing date to wineclub@gloriaferrer.com.

As a Wine Club member, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts on purchases, early access to limited-edition wines, and invitations to special events. Plus, your membership includes complimentary tastings at our winery. Please visit the membership page here for more information on each club tier’s membership benefits.

Member benefits become active upon joining the wine club, and members are required to receive two club shipments before closing their account. If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership, please provide written notice at least 7 days before the processing date to wineclub@gloriaferrer.com . Cancelling before receiving two shipments will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Club benefits are not transferable; club members must be present to use them. However, if you have family or friends who would like to visit the winery when you are not present you may request one annual guest pass for up to four guests per calendar year. This pass will give the bearer access to a complimentary flight tasting. Please email reservations@gloriaferrer.com at least two weeks in advance to reserve the pass for you.

Will call orders are held at the winery for 40 days. After this period, if the wines are not picked up, they will be shipped to the address on file, and applicable shipping fees will be charged.

Yes, a friend or family member can pick up your allocation. To authorize this, we will need to add their name to your account, please contact us at wineclub@gloriaferrer.com to confirm their authorization. This will ensure they can collect your wine on your behalf.

Loyalty points are earned with each dollar spent. Members accumulate points on all winery purchases and wine club shipments. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed towards, club shipments, tax and shipping fees.
