This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring five small bites that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course:
Ahi Crudo with Pickled Green Strawberry, Scallion, Aleppo, and Olive Oil with 2021 Brut Rosé

Second Course:
Green Garlic Soup with Crème Fraîche, and Parmesan Tuile with 2019 Blanc de Blancs 

Third Course:
Puff Pastry Tartlet with Soft Cheese, Strawberries, and Fine Herbs with 2018 Royal Cuvée 

Fourth Course:
Seared NY Strip with White Bean Purée, Black Garlic Jus, and Garlic Chips with 2022 Vista Reserve Pinot Noir 

Fifth Course:
Pistachio Layer Cake with 2023 Malvasia Bianca
