This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring five small bites that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

Amberjack Aguachile with 2019 Blanc de Blancs 

Second Course:
Corn Bisque with 2021 Brut Rosé

Third Course:
Balsamic Onion Tartlet with 2018 Royal Cuvée

Seared NY Strip with White Bean Purée and Tomato Conserva with 2023 Vista Reserve Pinot Noir 

Fifth Course:
Stonefruit Cobbler with 2023 Malvasia Bianca
