This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring three courses that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course - Garden Greens:
Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Sweet Peppers, and Champagne Vinaigrette with 2020 Brut Rosé

Second Course - Fish of the Day:
Roasted Pepper Tomato Sauce, Zucchini, Eggplant, Fresh Basil, and Lemon with 2019 Blanc de Blancs

Third Course - Olive Oil Cake:
Olive Oil Cake with Rosemary Roasted Peaches, Stracciatella Cheese, Honey, and Pistachio with 2022 Malvasia Bianca
