This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring three courses that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course - Winter Salad
Baby Kale, Estate Citrus, Pomegranate, Walnuts, and Champagne Vinaigrette with 2021 Brut Rosé

Second Course - Orange Miso Duck Breast 
Gochujang Fried Rice, Bok Choy, and Orange Miso Glaze with 2022 Vista Reserve Pinot Noir
