This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring five small bites that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course:
Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with 2021 Brut Rosé

Second Course:
Halibut with Sweet Corn Velouté and Tomatillo with 2019 Blanc de Blancs

Third Course:
Zucchini Fritter with Dill-Yogurt Sauce, Feta Cheese, and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with 2016 Alquimia

Fourth Course:
"Chicken Fried" Duck Leg with Cucumber Kimchi and a Scallion Pancake with 2016 Royal Cuvée

Fifth Course:
Olive Oil Cake with Rosemary Roasted Peaches, Stracciatella Cheese, Honey, and Pistachio with 2022 Malvasia Bianca
