This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring five small bites that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course:
Truffle Mushroom Soup with 2021 Vista Reserve Chardonnay

Second Course:
Vadouvan Devilled Egg with Pickled Shallot, and Crispy Garlic with 2019 Blanc de Blancs 

Third Course:
Shrimp Ravioli with Lemon Grass - Coconut Foam, and Green Onion with 2018 Royal Cuvée 

Fourth Course:
Pinot Noir Braised Beef Cheek with Parsnip Pureé, Roasted Baby Carrots, with Meyer Lemon - Carrot Top Gremolata with 2022 Vista Reserve Pinot Noir 

Fifth Course:
Persimmon Cheesecake with 2023 Malvasia Bianca
