Luxury Sparkling Wine & Caviar

You will receive a kit with Russian Ostera Caviar and all the fixings for an epic tasting experience. Learn how to taste and enjoy caviar and the flavors that are brought forth with the wines.

We will compare an aged wine that will highlight the richness and creaminess of the caviar, then we will introduce you to a completely different flavor profile when we have the caviar with a bright crisp wine. We will share recipes to enhance your caviar experience as well. Tasting includes one bottle each of our Carneros Cuvée and 2017 Blanc de Blancs plus a 2 oz jar of Russian Ostera Caviar, blinis, crème fraiche, and mother of pearl spoons.
