This experience includes an estate grown and local, seasonally curated tasting menu featuring five small bites that are artfully paired with our limited-production sparkling and still wines.

First Course:
Butternut Squash Soup with 2019 Blanc de Blancs 

Second Course:
Pumpkin Arancini with Sage-Basil Pesto, and Grana Padano with 2013 Carneros Cuvée

Third Course:
Pan Roasted Salmon with Beet Agrodolce, and Wilted Spinach with 2019 Alquimia Rosé

Fourth Course:
L-Block Braised Short Rib with Manchego Polenta, Roasted Carrot, and Braising Jus with 2023 L-Block Pinot Noir

Fifth Course:
Garden Carrot Cake with 2022 Malvasia Bianca
