A Toast to Fall
At Gloria Ferrer, we’re celebrating the season with global recognition, winemaking milestones, and fresh ways to savor wine country.
Vineyard Happenings
We officially brought the 2025 harvest to a close. What began on August 14th was more than just the start of another vintage — it was the beginning of a new era for Gloria Ferrer. This year marked our very first organic harvest, a milestone year’s in the making and a reflection of our team’s commitment to stewarding the land with integrity, care, and foresight.
Over the course of 30 days, our vineyard and cellar teams worked with remarkable dedication, skill, and perseverance. Together, they brought in 1,235 total tons of grapes — each cluster a testament to their hands-on labor and unwavering focus on quality.
Winemaking Happenings
Beyond the numbers, this harvest was defined by its consistency and promise. Steady temperatures, healthy canopies, and even ripening across the estate gave us fruit of extraordinary balance and structure. Acids are vibrant, flavors are layered, and the potential for longevity is high. We’re filled with excitement to see how these wines evolve in the bottle — each one carrying the imprint of an outstanding season and the care of our people.
Looking ahead, the 2025 vintage will forever be remembered as the first vintage made with organic grapes from our estate. It’s a milestone that reflects not only our history, but our vision for the future — one rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and respect for the land.
2020 Alquimia Rose
The palate unfolds with the luscious essence of stone fruits such as white peach and nectarine, complemented by hints of cranberry and pomegranate.
2014 Carneros Cuveé
This special cuvée is only produced in select vintage years. With over eight years en tirage and a minimum of six months on the cork, this decade-old wine is remarkably fresh, rich, and complex.
2021 Brut Rose
Medium-bodied and beautifuly balanced, its bright acidity enhances the flavors of strawberry marmalade and tangerine, leading to a refreshingly juicy, soft finish. Elegant yet approachable, this wine is a perfect companion for any occasion.
2019 Vista Brut
The palate is greeted by notes of lush cherry, accompanied by a vibrant burst of lemon and grapefruit. With the added structure from the Pinot Noir, this wine offers a satisfying body that leads to a long and lingering finish.
