Sparkling wine and chocolate are not just festive gifts, but also a delicious one-bite pairing! We have partnered with local Sonoma chocolatier, Wine Country Chocolates to create delicious truffle pairings. Enjoy this private virtual experience hosted by one of our wine educators as they discuss the wines characteristics and how the chocolates bring out additional flavors and aromas when paired!

Sparkling 101
Join us via zoom for a virtual exploration of sparkling wines. You will be guided through this sensory exploration by one of our wine educators. Learn about the winemaking techniques and the grapes that are used to create our sparkling wines. Discover how to identify key aromas and flavors in these wines. You will create an aroma kit at home with our simple instructions using common household items.

Tasting includes one bottle each of our non-vintage sparkling wines, Sonoma Brut, Blanc de Noirs Rosé, Blanc de Blancs wines plus your tasting essentials, 3 bottle stoppers and 4 logo flutes.

Wine & Classic Cheese
It’s no secret that wine and cheese is a classic pairing, and we’re elevating the experience, pairing our wines with the local Tomales Bay Foods. Taste a selection of three delicious cheeses perfectly curated for our seasonally featured wines.

Tasting includes one bottle each of our Blanc de Noirs Rosé, Vista Brut, Carneros Pinot Noir and a block of the each of the three selected cheeses plus a box of Rustic Bakery Gourmet Crackers.

Sparkling & Truffle
An immersive experience that highlights the synergy between truffles and wine. This will include three wines chosen specifically for their enhancement of the truffle experience. We will guide you through the tasting experience.

Tasting includes one bottle each of our Brut Rosé, Anniverary Cuvée, Carneros Pinot Noir plus a truffle kit including both black and white truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey, truffle carpaccio and of course truffle chips.

Sparkling & Caviar Exploration
Have you ever wondered about the different styles of caviar? We will pair three different wines with three different style of caviar in this virtual tasting experience. Learn the difference in the caviar flavors and how they work with the different wine styles. We will focus on flavors, textures and recipes for each style.

Tasting includes one bottle each of our Sonoma Brut, NV Blanc de Blancs, and 2013 Royal Cuvée plus a domestic 1 oz Trio Tasting Box including Paddlefish, Hackleback, and Classic White Sturgeon Caviar.

Luxury Sparkling & Caviar
This virtual will take you down a path of luxury. You will receive a kit with Russian Ostera Caviar and all the fixings for an epic tasting experience. Learn how to taste and enjoy caviar and the flavors that are brought forth with the wines. We will compare an aged wine that will highlight the richness and creaminess of the caviar, then we will introduce you to a completely different flavor profile when we have the caviar with a bright crisp wine.

Tasting includes one bottle each of our Carneros Cuvée and 2017 Blanc de Blancs plus a 2 oz jar of Russian Ostera Caviar, blinis, crème fraiche, and mother of pearl spoons.
