This delightful rosé opens with aromas of light cherry and apple.

The wine descends into flavors of juicy watermelon and strawberry in the mouth. A slight rhubarb tartness complements the clean, crisp finish.

Food Pairings

Try this lively Pinot Noir Rosé with lighter fare, such as ripe melon wrapped in Spanish Jamón. The vivid acid flawlessly complements a summer strawberry salad with wild arugula, red onion, zesty feta and pomegranate balsamic dressing. More robust dishes to pair include pork tenderloin Char Siu style or cherry and basil bruschetta with ricotta cheese and lemon zest.

During the growing season of 2018 there was an increased amount of rainfall during the spring followed by occasional heat spikes during the early summer. Harvest began about two weeks later than in previous years but was more in line with timing from the years before the drought. The yields were extremely high and the fruit quality was excellent.
