Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards welcomed Cindy Friedman in 2007 to head up Wine Education. Friedman, who earned her Certified Wine Professional (CWP) credential at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley, can host private education tasting seminar for groups of 10 or more.
