VA de VI

Elegant and refreshing, dry but not too dry, VA de VI is our new classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with just a trace of Muscat. It captures the exuberant aromas and luscious flavors of perfectly ripened fruit and reveals them throughout a long, soft finish.

Carneros Chardonnay

Features bright, ripe, and tropical fruit flavors, balanced by crisp acidity, with lush, creamy textures. Try ours with:
• Cracked Dungeness crab (our Chardonnay is like a condiment for the crab)
• Quiche Lorraine (the bacon/ham is a bridge to the oak, and the cheese mirrors the creaminess)

Carneros Pinot Noir

Features vivid red fruit and an earthy complexity and silky palate texture. Try ours with:
• Dates wrapped in bacon stuffed with goat cheese (crispy, salty, savory, sweet — the bacon stands up to the oak, while cheese softens the tannins)
• Rack of lamb with fresh mint sauce (the mint is a nice bridge to the very subtle menthol characteristics commonly found in Carneros Pinot from the influence of eucalyptus)
