Our gold-medal winning extra virgin olive oil is produced from Catalan and Tuscan olives grown on our Carneros estate. We hand-harvest them from our 475 trees, cold-press then blend the Arbequina, Frantoio, Lecino, and Pendolino olives to create a smooth, fruity blend with intense flavor. So versatile, it’s the perfect gourmet touch on bread, appetizers, pasta, and grilled dishes.
Certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
