Tucked into a Sonoma/Carneros hillside above scenic rolling vineyards and with a charm reminiscent of Old Spain, Gloria Ferrer is an ideal setting for special occasions — such as corporate events, anniversaries, birthdays, holiday parties, or any type of function you can think of.
The exclusive use of Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards, complemented by the talents of our professional event coordinator, ensures that every detail of your special occasion will be perfect. Weddings and other special events can be held on Saturday and Sunday evenings, when we can graciously accommodate up to 120 guests.

Private Dinner Parties
The winery is available for private events from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Our Sala de Catadores (Hall of the Tasters) can accommodate dinner parties of up to 120 guests, from 6:30 - 10:30pm. Between 10am and 3pm, we can host up to 40 people in comfort and style in our Executive Dining Room.
The base rental fee is $25.00 per person. Maximum guest count is 120. (For groups of less than 25 there is a flat rate of $625.00). This includes:
- Private and exclusive use of our facility from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm
- Tables, chairs, and champagne flutes for up to 120 guests
- Sales tax is not included
- Staff gratuity will be added at 18% of wine purchase
Catering is available directly through one of our recommended vendors. Linens, plates, flatware, wine & water glasses, etc. are the responsibility of your caterer. You may select a caterer directly or (for an additional fee) we can make that arrangement for you.
Private Luncheons

Our Executive Dining Room is available for daytime events from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Room capacity is 40 guests. There is a flat room fee (for two hours of use) of $300. Catering follows the same guidelines as for Private Dinner Parties.
Private Group Tours
Offered by advanced reservation only (and subject to availability) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. Cost is $15.00 per person based on a minimum of 15 guests. (For groups of less than 15 the cost is $225.00) This includes a private guided tour followed by an informal tasting of three sparkling wines. Approximate duration, 1 hour.
