The Glorious Life

Welcome to the Gloria Ferrer blog – the perfect place to experience the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of our winery when you can’t be here in person.

Following Our Remodel: Entry Two

Written By: Kelly DeLaMora

Tables have been moved and bottles have been delicately transported, thus completing the set-up for our temporary tasting room.

Despite its temporary existence, this tasting room inhabits quite the charming personality.  Bistro lighting panels the terrace roofing, providing inviting light to the plenty of tables available for thirsty customers.

And not to worry–tasting flights are still available for your intrepid taste buds, while your favorite 2010 Brut Rosé and other classics are still available to purchase by the glass…or couple of glasses….or bottle, for that matter.

So, it’s fair to say that the tasting room staff is embracing this personable bistro-tasting experience.

Meanwhile, happening upstairs:

You can say it’s not quite as quaint as what’s happening downstairs in the arbor. Construction immediately delved into demolition, and our tasting room as we know it is nonexistent at the moment!  To be honest, it is a little unsettling to see our winery at such a vulnerable state; however, we know there are far better days lying ahead!
