The Seattle Wine and Food Experience (SWFE) is returning for its seventh year on Sunday, February 22, 2015 to the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. SWFE has quickly emerged as a premier showcase for wine, beverages and food in the Northwest.
Wineries from around the world are invited to showcase products alongside wine regions and local brands. Food is a major highlight at SWFE and includes 30 top local chefs along with specialty food exhibits. Beer, cider, craft distilleries and sponsor experiences round out the event.
The Beneficiary: Les Dames d’Escoffier is a non-profit organization of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy, and philanthropy. The Seattle chapter focuses on raising funds for scholarships for these women and supports community outreach programs and sustainable agriculture projects in Washington State.

Meals On Wheels of San Francisco will host the 28th Annual Star Chefs & Vintners Gala on Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion.
The Gala, one of the finest epicurean events of the year, features an impressive roster of the Bay Area’s top restaurants and wineries. The event begins with a wine, cocktail and hors d’oeuvre reception, followed by a three-course dinner with live auction. A lavish dessert reception and dancing wind up the evening.
Proceeds from the event go to providing nutritious meals and supportive services to homebound seniors in San Francisco.
