The Magic Flute

There are six lively flutes of sparkling wine in every bottle of Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut, Blanc de Noirs, Blanc de Blancs, Royal Cuvée, Brut Rosé and Carneros Cuvée.

Mimosa

4-6 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
4-6oz. of chilled Sonoma Brut or Blanc de Blanc or Blanc de Noirs

In a wine glass, pour in orange juice, top with Gloria Ferrer, and stir gently. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

California Julep

1 1/2oz. brandy
1/4 oz. strawberry liqueur
1 tbs. sugar syrup
Chilled Sonoma Brut or Blanc de Blanc or Blanc de Noirs
Mint sprigs

In the bottom of a glass, crush the mint sprigs into the syrup. Fill with crushed ice. Add the brandy. Stir in Gloria Ferrer. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Melon Fizz

1 oz. melon liqueur
4 oz. chilled Sonoma Brut or Blanc de Blanc or Blanc de Noirs

In a champagne glass, pour melon liqueur. Add Gloria Ferrer, stir gently. Garnish with twist of lemon or kiwi fruit.
